The experience
For three Fridays in August, at sunset, we welcome you into the lobby of the Breithorn Hotel for a special experience that is much more than just a tasting.
Strictly Aosta Valley cured meats, cheeses and wines, expertly narrated, but not only. You will also discover the history of one of the oldest crafts in Aosta Valley, witnessed by a sabotier from our valley.
The typical wooden clogs are the fruit of knowledge that has been handed down from generation to generation like a precious secret.
And to conclude, you will enjoy a traditional dish, prepared by the skilful hands of our chef.
