| At Brasserie du Breithorn, the mountains speak with strength and sincerity. Alpine cheeses, vegetables grown at 1,600 metres and meat treated with respect give rise to strong flavours full of character. Here, food is nature and conviviality, accompanied by a good glass of wine that celebrates the essence of the territory. |

| Once you cross the threshold of Il Balivo, you are greeted by the enveloping scent of wood and mountain herbs, by the aroma of freshly uncorked wine that slips into the glass and by a light, almost festive atmosphere. An Alpine picture with a refined touch comes to life in this cozy mountain chalet. |

Osteria Il Balivo: Tuesdays to Fridays
Price: € 35 per person (drinks not included)
Includes two courses of your choice from the menu.
The offer is reserved for guests staying at Breithorn Hotel and Champoluc Apartments.
