| On Friday evenings, we welcome you to the Breithorn Hotel lounge for an event that is much more than just a tasting: cheeses, cured meats and wines strictly from the Aosta Valley, expertly presented, for a direct taste of the most authentic soul of the Val d’Ayas. You will also discover the history of one of the oldest local crafts thanks to the exhibition of our sabotier: the craftsman who hand-carves sabots, the typical wooden shoes of the Alpine tradition. Each pair is born from knowledge that is handed down like a precious secret. The ritual ends with a hot dish that restores the soul. |
