| On your second evening, the Brasserie du Breithorn will welcome you with its most authentic soul. Meat, including game, treated and cooked with care, alpine cheeses, and vegetables grown at 1,600 metres above sea level, where the air is thinner and every harvest is a small heroic feat, come together in a cuisine that is culture, identity, and memory. Raclette, bagna cauda, fondue: rituals of conviviality that tell the story of the mountains with honesty and warmth. A living legacy that takes shape in each dish and is renewed with every season. |
