With this gastronomic itinerary, we offer you an authentic immersion in Breithorn cuisine, through two dinners designed to tell you about our origins, our heritage and our idea of exclusive hospitality.

On the first evening, the Restaurant 1903 awaits you, where every dish is a precise gesture and every ingredient a conscious choice. The menu is the result of passionate and skilful research: behind every combination there is a profound insight, capable of understanding the raw ingredients and enhancing them with balance. A cuisine that is born from what nature provides and that changes with the seasons, with time, with the sensitivity of those who imagine it and bring it to life every day. On your second evening, the Brasserie du Breithorn will welcome you with its most authentic soul. Meat – including game – treated and cooked with care, alpine cheeses, and vegetables grown at 1,600 metres above sea level, where the air is thinner and every harvest is a small heroic feat, come together in a cuisine that is culture, identity, and memory. Raclette, bagna cauda, fondue: rituals of conviviality that tell the story of the mountains with honesty and warmth. A living legacy that takes shape in each dish and is renewed with every season. |
